This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the Nova Traders website, customer access areas, memberships, downloads, support channels, Discord community access, and any related services.
1. Permitted Use
You may use Nova Traders services only for lawful purposes and only in ways that comply with the Terms of Service and all posted policies.
2. Prohibited Conduct
- Share, resell, redistribute, or leak paid products or membership materials
- Share account credentials or bypass access controls
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract protected logic or code except where prohibited from restriction by law
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or impersonate Nova Traders staff or other users
- Use bots, scraping tools, or automated methods to extract protected site or product content without permission
- Attempt to interfere with site operations, support systems, or community channels
- Use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing activity
3. Community and Support Rules
Official support spaces, including Discord channels, must be used respectfully and only for legitimate support, product, and community purposes. Nova Traders may moderate, remove, restrict, or terminate access in its discretion.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, support restrictions, membership downgrade, suspension, termination, or permanent loss of access without refund.
5. Reporting
Suspected misuse can be reported through official Nova Traders support and contact channels.
