This Billing Policy explains how Nova Traders handles purchases, recurring memberships, renewals, cancellations, and refunds.
1. Payments
All payments must be made through the approved payment methods made available by Nova Traders or its payment processors. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information.
2. Recurring Membership Billing
If you enroll in a recurring membership, you authorize Nova Traders and its payment processors to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date until you cancel.
3. Cancellation Timing
You may cancel future renewals before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges but does not create a refund for any already-paid term unless required by law.
4. No-Refund Policy
Nova Traders does not offer refunds, partial refunds, charge reversals, or prorated credits for digital products, downloadable files, memberships, support access, Discord access, or unused subscription periods, except where required by law.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, Nova Traders may retry the charge, suspend access, downgrade access, or terminate the related service until billing is resolved.
6. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to your purchase unless Nova Traders is required to collect them.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Nova Traders support to attempt resolution, Nova Traders may suspend or terminate access to products, memberships, support systems, and community access.
8. Policy Changes
Nova Traders may revise pricing, billing structures, and membership packaging over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
